The SGGFA is a voluntary association run by a group of totally committed ‘part-time amateurs’. As such, the time we are able to devote to the running of the association is limited.
We would like to hear from anyone who is willing to offer help in any of the following areas:
- Printing and copying
- Leaflet distribution
- Fund raising
- Specialist knowledge
How many times have you heard the phrase, ‘All donations gratefully received’?
Whilst the SGGFA is run on a voluntary basis, we are incurring many costs, the biggest of which is the cost of appointing a planning law consultant, and a planning barrister. Fortunately, many residents have donated generous amounts to enable us to operate efficiently.
If you want to preserve what we currently have in Scholar Green, please contribute to our cause. All donations (no matter how large or small) will be gratefully received, and will help us retain and improve our village.
Any cheques etc. can be made payable to ‘SGGFA’, and delivered to our treasurer:
Mike Lambourne 31 Portland Drive Scholar Green.
Yes, you can help. . . we can all help.
If you care about our village and our rural way of life as much as we do, we’d love to hear from you!
